Grab you’re kettlebells and let’s head to the part of the parking lot closer to the trail (where Sprocket usually parks).
At the starting point, the PAX does 3 burpees. Every other line in the parking lot, they do 5 mercans in a ladder (increase by 5). After a set of mercans, the PAX is to run back to the starting point for 3 burpees. At the last line, we got up to 30 mercans, then we ladder down (of course, don’t forget the burpees).
Set 2: 3 lunges at the starting point (single count). 5 jump squats at the first line and increase it at every other line.
Next, we’ll switch it up. Wiith 3 PAX, one person takes a lap, while the other 2 use their KBs for swings. Then, switch it up to overhead press. Each PAX does 1 lap, 1 round of swings, 1 round of overhead press. After completing, we rinse and repeat, but the exercises change to V-Chops and Halo’s.
We walk our KBs back to the flag. 1 member of the PAX springs around the circled parking lot, while the other 2 do leg scissors w/KB. We finished up with a few rounds of Captain Thor.
Prayers for the Burn and Wreck. They have a big presentation this week as they continue to raise funds for their company.
Surprised the numbers were so low, but I think many are traveling.
Also, there was a random car parked near where we were working out. The speaker was blaring. In the middle of the beatdown, the car backs out and leaves. Our guess was someone was grabbing a nap in the parking lot at 5:45am…
