Pax paired up with an accountability partner for 10 modified pull-ups on the swing, 20 bro-kins, and 30 squats in cadence. Rinse and repeat 4-5X after which we moseyed back to the shovel flag for the second half of the beatdown.
Thang 2 – Alternating Jump Rope Routine
Pax partnered up again for alternating sets of 40 seconds of jumping rope or doing exercises with a 10-second rest between each set. Partner A jumps rope while Partner B performs each of the following exercises. Partners swap jumping rope/exercise duties before moving to a new exercise. Rinse and repeat the following exercises:
With several minutes left, we slowed moseyed as a cool-down and ended the BD with several rounds of Mary.
