I was a last-minute replacement for sugar, but happy to lead. I got the pin pad out last night and designed a gauntlet that Is sure to help us get stronger.


Mosey around the parking lot with butt kicks,  High knees, and karaoke added in.

12x Side straddle hop , weed pickers, windmill, seal claps, copperhead squats, Hillbillies

The Thang:

Quick mosey to the back parking lot next to the dumpsters and the ATM machine

do these exercises in rounds, In ascending order.  With a lap around the parking lot in between each round.

10- Hooch shuffle – side lunge, burpee, plank jack

20- Burpeee

30 – Merkins

40- lunge-  alpha count

50- monkey humper

60- mountain climber

70- squats

80- flutter kicks – alpha

90- LBC

100- air press


next we move to the covered driveway area

Partner up for 2 rounds each of

Balls to the wall, 15 squat jumps

chair sits , 15 Merkins
