We moseyed our way back to the parking lot and kicked off the Thang with a 7 of Diamonds…

25 overhead claps
Now that we can count together and have mastered the arm circle thing, let’s practice our ABC’s.
On your 6…legs together…write the alphabet (ALL CAPS!) with your feet.
YHC received more dirty looks with these last two exercises than False Start did in his entire year as Site Q against the backdrop of a rebellion by Dr. Rico for the 5:30 start time!
