With the Memorial Day weekend behind us, YHC decided to officially mark the unofficial start of Summer with twin Boards of Pain.
Mosey with high knees, karaokes, and butt kickers. SSH, Weed Pickers, Arm Circles. Pick up your bricks and mosey to the first Board of Pain.
Two Boards of Pain, one at each end of parking lot. Between the Boards, 7 cones arranged in a zigzag pattern, each with a posted exercise. Two cones include a pile of cinders.
PAX start at Board One, completing the full set of exercises. Upon completion, progress through the gauntlet of 7 cones, performing 10 sets of the prescribed exercise. Complete round 1 by performing the full set of exercises on Board Two, then running the gauntlet of cones in reverse, back to Board 1. Rinse and Repeat, but each time, eliminate the first exercise set.
