Another mosey to the theater for some 45-themed action:
Bolt 45s – Like Colt 45s but with squats… 15 top to halfway, 15 halfway to bottom, 15 full
Several PAX realized their normal squat *might* have been closer to a top-half squat
A short mosey back near the flag wher YHC had left my speaker (aka vehicle). I explained the plan with hours we might actually finish on time. 4 corners were identified, roughly 45 yards per side.
PAX started with 45 reps of exercise 1 at the first station, 44 reps of exercise 2 at the second station, etc. until reaching 1.

One catch, whomever was leaving a corner first would lunge walk to the next corner while everyone else ran. This did a nice job of making sure we all stayed together pretty well.
As if YHC had planned it, we finished with 2 minutes remaining, leaving us just enough time for 45 Alpha-count American Hammers to finish.
