5. American Hammer (AC – 25)
6. Planking (30 seconds)
7. Monkey Humper (35)
8. Flutter Kick (AC – 40)
9. Mountain Climber (AC -45)
10. Copper Head Squat (50)
• Round 1: do all 10 exercises & moseyed to the other end of the parking lot back.
• Round 2: do all 9 exercises, dropped the last exercise & moseyed to the other end of the parking lot and back.
Each round we dropped the last exercise from the last round (except the mosey).
YHC called for time and moseyed back to the flag.
Kudos to the PAX that were able to complete all 10 rounds.
