YHC was excited to be back at the helm at Norseman. Got to the park a little bit early to check the playground next to the big parking lot, hoping there was no change. Sure enough, the equipment was upgraded/replaced. The monkey bar or the pull up bar was gone. Well, we just need to adapt, since pull-up is one of the exercise. There were lots of PAX gathering already when YHC got to the flag.
After disclaimer and F3 Core Principles we started the warm up wtih Weed Picker, Wind Mills, SSH, Michael Phelps, Hillbilly. Then moseyed to the larger parking lot next to the football field.
Thang 1: We did 1 round of burpees circle.
Thang 2: Moseyed to the playground area and YHC told everyone that we would be doing the Modified Murph. Since there was no monkey bar, we modified for the pull up. Here was the exercises:
1 round consisted of:
5 Pull-up (modified)
repeat these exercise 4 times and 1 lap around the parking lot.
Rinse and repeat for 5 rounds.
With 6-7 minutes left, YHC called for time and Indian run back to the flag.
For Mary we did: Gas Pumper, Dying Cockroach, Flutter Kick, Rosalita, Fire Hydrant (Stu or Hot Sauce favorite), Freddy Mercury and a few others that YHC could not remember.
