Mosey around the strip center and down the corridor the The Shaft for warm up’s, all IC:

Mosey to the rock pile to secure a coupon and then head to the North Football Field for some up and backs.
Travel to the 20, back to the goal line, to the 40 and back to the goal line, paying a toll at the goal line each time.
Exercise: Mercans, 10 at the 20, 15 at the 40
Method of Transportation: Sprint, Backpedal
Toll: 10 Rockees (I.e burpees with a rock)
Exercise: Peter Parkers, 10 then 15, Alpha
MOT: Bear Crawl, run
Toll: 10 Wolverines
Exercise: Curls, 10 & 15
MOT: Lunge Walk, Reverse Lunge Walk
Toll: 10 Clean & Press
Exercise: Big Bois, 15, 25
Toll: Goblet Squats
Recovery Lap around the field, then circle up for a mercan ring of fire: Each PAX do one mercan around the horn. Whenever a PAX taps out or a knee hits the ground, the number of remaining PAX dictates the number of burpees you have to do. PAX clipped 200 and Schneider took the crown of last man standing. We’ll done brother!
Prayers for Hushpuppy’s cousin who continues her battle with cancer
Prayers for Snowman as he travels for work into a challenging environment. Give him the strength and resiliency to remain on his acceleration path in the midst of worldly temptations. Discipline is an admirable trait and those around you will respect it.
