Tabata style workout – 10 exercises per round, 4 rounds, 53 seconds on, 7 seconds rest and transition:

  1. Merkins (normal, uneven right hand high, uneven left hand high, derkin).
  2. Flutter kicks
  3. LBCs on odd rounds, Big Boys on even rounds
  4. Box Cutters
  5. Squats
  6. Good Mornings
  7. Lunges
  8. Dips
  9. No Surrenders
  10. Lap around the parking lot
