Grabbed the Q yesterday but didn’t have a plan. I recalled someone posted a Batman workout on the nation’s Slack. Only now I realized it was our own Script Kiddie. I quickly built a Batman inspired playlist and made sure the batmobile was ready for this morning.

Run around the parking lot and circle up (or triangle up) for SSH, Squats, Weed Pickers and Batwing – 20 ic arm circles, 20 ic backwards, 20 ic seal claps and 20 ic overhead claps – all without lowering your hands in between.
As we started the bat wings I realized I forgot to start my watch. However, I couldn’t stop the exercise just to start the clock and had to finish it with the piercing agony of uncounted time on Strava.
Run to the pavilion near the soccer field to start there. Each round had 9 exercises. Alpha counts on Bonnie Blairs, shoulder taps, mountain climbers and American hammers. Check the image for the counts and full list. Rest between sets replaced with mosey to the flag and back. We finished 7 rounds and came back to the flag with enough seconds for 10 ic monkey humpers.
