With weinke in pocket, YHC rolled in a little early and found five cars already in the lot. I would not be alone. The hardest part of the morning would be counting how many PAX we had. Five for a pre-run but one had to leave before the beatdown so 16 then we picked one up at the end so 17 or maybe 18?
With an FNG the full disclaimer was given and we were off.
Mosey to the other side of the rec center and circle up for:

Weed pickers x10 IC
Hillbillies x12 IC
Manatee stretch OYO – the guys really love this one, kind of like I love donkey kicks
Merkins x10 IC (so 20 merkins)
Mosey to the pull-up bars for a morning call. Pax planked while two at a time hit the pull-up bar for 5 while the rest of us performed 5 merkins. YHC had placed a couple of booster half cinders under the bars but not sure they helped much as I almost twisted my ankle climbing up on one.
Mosey up to Fouts toward the library. Stop at each driveway/street for 3 burpees. At the stop sign (after 3 more burpees) pax were instructed to do 30 plyometric merkins (plank then left knee to left elbow then merkin = 1…switch legs each time). Lots of jabbering during this one which I took as everyone was enjoying themselves.
Head toward the library, stopping for 3 burpees at each driveway. At the library, we partnered up. P1 dropped into a low squat and performed overhead claps (yes you look ridiculous doing this) while P2 performed 30 plank jacks. Flapjack. Repeat but replace plank jacks with 30 Peter Parkers (or some version of it). Repeat for a third round with 30 Carolina Dry Docks.
Mosey down the path toward the back of the park. Stopping about 100 yards in PAX were instructed to do 30 sumo squats followed by 30 straight leg squats (legs/feet touching). When done, lunge walk down the path for the 6 then pick back up the mosey. I only blinded three or four guys with my headlamp so I count that a win.
Stopping again on the path (this time with my headlamp on the red light setting), PAX were instructed to do 30 Annies then plank for the 6. Continue the mosey to the top parking lot where we circled up for something the exicon calls Rosalita WIP. It’s a 4-count exercise on your 6. Start with legs at a 90-degree angle to the ground, the count is out for 1, together for 2, down to 6 inches for 3 then back up for 4. We did 16.
Run down the hill to the goal line on the pitch. Pax were instructed to start a seal crawl toward midfield. A modification was a bear crawl. Once to midfield, lunge walk the rest of the way.
Mosey back to the flag for a fun round of pickle pointers until time was called.

Prayers for Cheneral’s M as she has an important surgery on Wednesday morning. Prayers for Pooh Bear’s mom and for the little girl who was hit by a car near Newtown park.
