This one is simply for the numbers, for the archive of BDs to copy in a pinch, and to keep Stroller and Zohan off my badly injured back.

Pattern: song —> Exercise. I was born in the 90s. It’s all 90s songs. It’s starting to be a theme. Also, my back hurts, so there was a decent amount of Broga involved.
Thunderstruck —> Merkins when you hear thunder.
Self Esteem —> 10 warrior squats walking 18 stretching hamstring & quad, 10 down dog + walrus
Gin & Juice —> 10 getups, lunge walk 18, 20 crunchy frogs, lung walk back
Jump —> grab a partner and alternate Bobby hurleys & running to midfield
Boombastic —> duck walk 18, 30 supermans, duck walk 18, 30 supermans. Supermen?
Give It Away —> Indian Run (made it around the field twice)
All Star —> Jack Webb (didn’t make the 10th round)
I’ll Make Love to You —> grab a partner and alternate running to midfield while your partner does Monkey Humpers, Pickle Pounders, and Pickle Pointers.
Tubthumping —> Burpees when he gets knocked down. Get up when he gets up again. Don’t ever let them keep you down.

…so we did wind sprints.
