A warm morning greeted 5 pre runners at the fire house. At 5:30 5 more PAX arrived for the beat down. The entire plan was laid out for the PAX prior to starting. Much grumbling was had.

Burpees! This sucked big time. All part of the plan.

Welcome back Script Kiddie.
The idea behind giving the work out ahead of time was to see who would worry about the final Burpee exercise when we were all exhausted. This segue nicely into a discussion about dealing with things one thing at a time and not worrying about the future nor worrying about the past. The quickest way to failure is to expand all of your energy worrying about some thing that has not happened yet or spend your time living in the past. When faced with a large task it is much easier to break it down into small digestible parts and take things one moment at a time. Thanks to the brothers who showed up and worked hard. Always an honor to lead.
