The goal of today’s workout was to carry the cinderblock for the duration of the workout, only putting it down when instructed to by YHC, as we traveled the loop surrounding the park.
Every so often, the PAX would stop and complete 25 of the prescribed exercise – presses, squats, lunges, etc. As Woody pointed out, I was making it up as we went, so I don’t have a full list. But I was sore the next day, so it must have been a lot, especially the lunges.
