Warmed up with SSH and mosey over to the Bakery parking lot, where we did a handful of Copperhead Squats, Kevin Willises, and Merkins. Then headed on a mosey over to the main Church parking lot.
Thang 1: Split up into 4 groups of 3 or 4. One Pax Bernie Sanders to first island, then full sprint to far island, while others rested in low plank position. As each man finished, next would follow. All holding low plank while others ran. Then ran it back to start. Then ran the entire thing back and forth again.
Thang 2: Mosey over to Fire Pit Ampitheater area, and partnered up. Dora with 150 Dips, 125 Step Ups, 100 Donkey Kicks and 75 Derkins. One pax did exercise, the other ran 150 yards and back.
Thang 3: Well, that went fast, so back to the parking lot for one more round of Bernie Sprints. Then did Indian Run to Bakery, lunge walk to the main Regal lot and sprinted to the Portico covered drop off by the flag.
Thang 4: Partnered up once again, one Pax balls to wall, while partner did 20 monkey humpers. Switched and did 4 rounds.
Thang 5: Gasped for breath.

Prayers for Saint’s son’s friend at Northview HS who passed away yesterday. Prayers for all of us and our kids safety and mental health. Lifted up McKracken’s sister delivering baby today (He’s a McKruncle now), and for Birdie’s in-laws recovering from Covid over seas.
