Wood referers to three foot long pieces of red oak and sour wood that I pulled out of my woodshed. All between 6-8 in. thick. Approximate weight 20 lbs or so.
Warmed up with our wood in our hands.
First was a Dora movement where partner one had to do 100 overhead squats with their wood, 100 shoulder to overhead with their wood and 100 overhead lunges with wood. Partner two had to throw his wood as far as he could, run to it, do a burpee on top of it, pick it up and throw it again. Across the parking lot and back, approximately 100 yards. We did that twice. Next it was Turkish Get ups with wood, five reps per side. Finally we did an Indian run passing the wood backwards through the file.
