10 Rounds of exercises. At the beginning of each round, the PAX ran a lap around the parking lot, completed 10 merkins (hold the last merkin in the down position for 10 seconds), and then did the prescribed exercise for the duration of the round.
Side to side lunges
Each round was 4 minutes in length. After the 10th round, we held a low plank until time expired.
