Did a long run at first up a hill and around before we began the main course. There were little exercise machines scattered around the whole park that we were going to use. One or two people (depending on how many people could use the machine) would do 50 reps of whatever the machine was based on while all the other men would do a different exercise. The exercising would stop when the person on the machine did 50 reps, and then we would move on. One exercising machine to the other. This continued on for around 45 minutes. We then went to a playground and did 25 inclined merkins on swings with our feet on them. The workout ended with and indian run around the middle of the park.
