We all got coupons after the warm-up. Random cards were drawn from a pile and the following exercises were done based on the cards.
Clubs: Skullcrushers with coupons
Spades: Squats with coupons
If we got a 9 of hearts, we would run past 9 lamp-posts with our coupons and then do 9 burpees. We also did 100 calf raises with coupons when we got to a crosswalk. After that, we went to a pavilion and made everyone get into plank position while one person would run with their coupon and touch a stop sign that was somewhat far from us. That person would then proceed to run back and tag the next person to go run and touch the stop sign while everyone else kept on planking. We would stop when everyone had touched the stop sign. We ended it with an Indian run and a little sprint at the end.
