Long, figure-8 Mosey around the parking lot, then circle up for SSH, weed pickers, copperhead squats, a warning to some bare-handed pax that gloves will be required, moroccan night clubs, covids, and more SSHs while said pax tracked down gloves.
Mucho Chesto Sequence.
Pax lined up in parking lot along along sidewalk. Perform 5 reps of the first Merkin variation, then bearcrawl to the next parking row and perform the next, alternating bear crawls and lunges between each set:
Staggered Merkins Right
Staggered Merkins Left
Upon completion of final set, run one half lap around the parking lot and return to starting point.
From starting line, perform the following:
B – Burpee Broadjumps to the second parking row
L – Lunge Walk to the third row
I – Imperial Walker Walks to the fourth row
M – Mary Catherine (superstar jumps) to the fifth row
P – Drop to plank and perform 30 Plankjacks
O – Stand and give the 30 Overhead claps
When finished clapping, run one half lap around the parking lot and return to starting point.
Rinse and Repeat the full Mucho Blimpo sequence 2 additional times. Run between Mucho and Blimpo was eliminated during the third round for the sake of time.
3 min of Mary to close out the Thang
Due to equipment failure technical difficult, the playlist was truncated. Intended to be a bit of an eclectic mix today with an emphasis on jam bands, protest songs, and some random Feathers Favorites (but non of the predicted Van Halen, Def Leppard, Motley Crue, etc.)

Reminder to continue to promote Climb Kili. Continued prayers for recovery – Splinter and Eric Blisset – and for all the PAX doing Kili, Hillseeker, and other CSAUPs this month.
4 years has gone by fast. A lot of hard things have happened in that time, for the collective PAX and for me personally. I am confident that I speak for many in saying that this fellowship, and a large contingent of the guys here that I call brothers, have allowed us to thrive under difficult circumstances. Keep coming back, and share this gift with as many men as you can.
