Today marks 4 years since my first BD. I’m forever grateful for the impact F3 has had in my life. To thank all of the guys who have been a part of that journey, I pulled and old favorite from the repertoire. This one is always a crowd-pleaser.

However, just as our educational system is designed such that what we learn in each successive grade builds upon the foundation laid in the prior years – so, too, is this routine. Each grade consists of not only the prescribed exercise, but also a thorough review of each prior year’s learnings. That means that Grade 12 consists of repetitions across all 13 exercises.
Surprisingly, the film has no official soundtrack album, so the playlist consisted of songs from and inspired by the movie:
Beat on the Brat (Ramones)
I’ll Tumble 4 Ya (Culture Club)

Telephone Line (ELO)
Rock n’ Roll High School (Ramones)
(what a) Wonderful World (Sam Cooke)

(She’s) Sexy + 17 (Stray Cats)
Prayers for Zohan’s M’s new job, Splinter’s recovery from appendectomy, and all of the PAX participating in Climb Kili, Hill Seeker, and Barkley 5K.
I’ve learned much about leadership, friendship, accountability, and pushing myself over these 4 years. Looking forward to the next 4 years.
