Grabbed the open slot the night before. Wanted to make sure we could enjoy the wind and cold. 4 pax showed up for the prerun.
It was going to be a cold one 22 degrees, 11 with wind chill. That didn’t stop 7 committed Pax.
First everyone grabbed a cinder/or coupon.
Then a mosey to the track for:
Side Straddle Hop
Finished with a run around the track, stopping at the corners for a mucho chesto, 10 merkins, 10 wide-arm merkins, 10, diamond merkins, 10 staggered right, and 10 staggered left.
Then on to the field for the main event.
Pax lined up at the end of the field for a Quarter Pounder
Run to the 25 yard line – 25 merkins, run back to the goal line
Run to the 50 yard line – 50 squats, run back to the goal line
Run to the 75 yard line – 75 mountain climbers, run back to the goal line
Run to the end of the field – 100 SSHs
Grabbed our cinders/coupons and completed a Colt 45
15 curl form the bottom to the middle
15 middle to top, and
15 full curls
Moseyed to the bleachers for a little Aiken Legs
20 box jumps
20 lunges (Alpha count)
20 Bonnie Blairs
Quick 10 count and rinse and repeat for another round of Aiken Legs
Grabbed our cinders and headed back to the field for another Quarter Pounder, this time with cheese.
Repeated the runs and exercises carrying our cinders/coupons during the run. and squats.
We had just enough time to work on the legs a bit more. We ran to the hill behind the school for a round of Burpback Mountain. Pax partnered up to complete 100 Burpees. While one partner did burpees the other ran to the top of the hill and back (alternating between running up frontwards and backwards). Pax traded places until completing the 100 Burpees.
We finished in enough time to run back to the flag for 2 quick rounds of Mary.
