Q today turned up quasi-lame with a sprained foot, thus a relatively stationary BD was on tap.


Q observed with great diligence as PAX took a mosey about the park to rendezvous back at the warm up spot before leading Moroccan night clubs, weed pickers, good mornings, willie mays hayes.

The Thang:

PAX tackled alternating between 2 different HIIT sets, 1: getting down with body-weight, 2: getting up with cinderblocks. Intervals were 40 sec /20 sec rest with a 1 minute break between sets 1 & 2.

Set1: Mountain Climbers, Rosalitas, Shoulder Tap Planks, Windshield Wipers, Carolina Dry Docks

Set2: Romanian Dead Lifts, Skull Crushers, Upright Rows, Curls

PAX made it through the sets 3 times leaving 3 minutes remaining which were used to knock out 20 derckins and 20 cinder-assisted sit ups
