Motivators from 10, Mountain Climbers, Michael Phelps, Arm Circles, Mosey to the old Hurricane’s parking lot for some burpees. Mosey to the circle for a Homer’s Donut. I forgot how long it is around that stupid circle. Mosey to the track.
Split into 2 groups. Group 1 starts with BLIMPS on the track, followed by a lap.
Burpees – 5
Lunges – 10
Imperial Walkers – 15
Merkins – 20
Plank Jacks – 25
Squats – 30
Lap around the track
Group 2 spent some time on the steps. Joe Hendrix (Crawl Bear up the steps), Tooth Fairies (marking/bunny hop) up the stairs, followed by calf raises. Switch with the other group. Repeat 1 time.
Indian run/sprint back to Hurricane’s. Lt. Dan’s up to 5 squats and 20 lunge walks. 48-second plank to finish it up.
Boomer’s MIL knee replacement
It was great to be back with my original AO on my 3rd anniversary of starting F3. The journey has been a challenging one, but I would never trade it. I’m thankful for the men I’ve met, the relationships gained, and how this organization has helped me shift from a sad clown to a (sometimes) HIM. Thanks to you guys, I am getting better all the time.
