Showed up a little early to setup but realized only one other person was there. We switched up what we were going to do.
We did our usual mosey and did SSH, Weed picker, imperial walkers, and Willie May Hayes.
We use the hill in front of the flag and grabbed 40 lb sandbags.
Started with 20 Merkins and ran downhill with sandbags. Left it bags at bottom of Hill and ran back up and did 20 Peter Parker’s alpha. Ran back down the hill grab the sandbags and ran back up again doing 20 world war II sit-ups. Repeated this with hand release markings, burpees, rosalita, ranger markings, and leg raises.
We did a short run with sandbags and added some workouts along the way. Drop sandbags and did the long run without sandbags and workouts along the way.
We finished with squats at top of hill with sandbags run downhill with sandbags and did 10 more squats and then back up to the top doing 10 more and ending with Mickey mouse markings.
We ended with the three of us talking about the workout with no longer bound and praying for those that weren’t there and for Dunshire’s son and family.
