Three souls braved the cold weather and football hangover to come to the Norseman!
After playing rock-paper scissors for a while to pick a Q, TMI led us warm up exercises and a mosey down to our track.
After our mosey, we did 11’s around our track, dips and dirkins. Next, we did a tribute to last night’s game. It seemed Georgia had their balls to the wall, at 13 points, so we did 13 wall push up. Alabama was walking away with it slowly, so we did 18 alpha count lunges. Georgia came back and scored six more, but we’re still on the wall at 19-18, so we did 6 more balls to the wall pushups. Finally, Georgia woke up and scored 33, so we did a 33 second sprint lap to finish our recap.
We moseyed back to the thunder dome, lunged up the hill, did some squats and bear crawled back down. After another mosey back to the start, we did pullups and another lap around the field, finishing up 2.3 miles for the workout.
