Today we being a new year at The Windjammer….time to focus, time to get down to business. Time to pay tribute to our dear friend, False Start….just a PAX and his dinghy. Ands by pay tribute, I mean Pickle Pointers for all.
A quick disclaimer because YHC came in hot like Dr. Rico on his way to a 6:30am Beatdown. Don’t sue the usual, but also please don’t sue False Start and his yam bag.
Mixing it up as we take a left toward the tennis courts, we perch up on a small hill for a quick warmup.
And of course, Pickle Pointers…everyone face the street. Sorry, I could only do 5 because I was giggling at the rest the PAX giggling.
Thang 1…to the corner of Clipper Bay and Lake Windward Drive. It’s time for a Merkin Mile.
10 Merkins at each side street en route to Southlake. That’s 70 merkins!
Mary and AirChair for the 6….let’s make our way to Webb Bridge and complete the loop. Calf Raises and Squats added at intervals of our choosing (not as many side streets here)
Thang 2…now that we’ve completed our Merkin Mile…remember that 500 foot stretch of hill from Webb Bridge up to to the CBC (Clipper Bay Corner)?
Time for a Heartbreak 1, 2, 3, 4 (does 4 make it a Doracide as well?)
Pair Up…PAX 1 runs down the hill and back up alternating with PAX 2 to complete the following:
400 American Hammers…
Almost time, everyone gets to do 30 American Hammers (alpha count) and now back to the Flag.
Two rounds of Mary….Peter Parkers (ha) and Flutter Kicks. And that’s time.
Nice work, men.
A few updates, announcements today…
Blood Drive…decent turnout though next one will be better. Tough scheduling around the Holidays.
