Warm-up started with taking our coupons to the back side of the parking lot. We warmed up with a mosey. Then we circled up and we did weed pickers, Moroccan night clubs, and 50 SSHs.
A Dora partner workout. We partnered up with the coupons. Partner A ran around the 2nd island while Partner did the work. 100 Merkins, 200 curls with the coupons, and 300 squats.
Thang 2. Also a partner exercise “Catch me if you can” A lap around the first island.
Lap 1: Partner A walked with the coupon as a Cusack around the first island. Partner B did three Merkins then ran to catch and trade out. Completed for one lap then planked for the six.
Lap 2: Partner A had both coupons and did a farmers carry while partner B did five Merkins and then ran to catch and trade out.
Then, we did some Lieutenant Dan work. One copperhead squat combined with 4 lunges Continue increase by 1 squat and 4 lunges each additional set. Some mumble chatter about doing lunges the day prior at another AO.
Rugby Indian Run. The group ran together passing the ball from the front backwards to the end. Then they would sprint to the front and start again. Also, a 5 Burpee tax if the ball was “Knocked on” or hit the ground.
Then we circled to do some Mary For the last five minutes.
Prayers for safe travel as a lot of the pax are out of town. Also continued prayers for increase number of Covid cases around.

That was the quote I remember my Dad saying the most growing up. As I passed a half a century mark, I realize how blessed I am to have so many great friends and people that hold me accountable. I have a great family, I’m in good health and live in the best country on the planet.
It was also fun to grab breakfast afterwards at WH. As I was surrounded by YellerJackets, this Bulldawg was blessed with great company.
