After a short mosey over to the solid gold coupon pile on the dam YHC found the juciest selection of coupons you could ever hope for! Some the size of a Volkswagen! With a wide variety of choice on size everyone could find a size that works.
Each PAX got their own Chore List to help clean up after the holidays. At the top were three running routes and 5 sets of 10 Burpees to be completed. These are required. The rest of the sheet is choose your own workout with sections for Arms, Legs, Plank, Jumps, Merkins, Core, Jumping and Heart Rate. Pick an exercise and get after it!
