With Christmas just 2 days away it was time to get Santa’s sleigh ready for the big night. A big part of the trip is Santa’s Reindeer. How do you train for an event? You make a game out of it. So with The Reindeer Games I ready for launch we gathered for the event.
A short run to the “Big Lot” for
Time to get down to business.
What is the most important thing the reindeer do? Pull the sleigh, of course! Since we were a little short on snow YHC provided sleighs on wheels. The presents were Girlfriends (2 each sleigh) and one reindeer to pull.
So on the “Go” two sleighs with presents took off, faster than coursers they flew, in opposite directions around the first island in the parking lot and back. The winning team took a mosey around the island. The losing team, 10 burpees.
While the race is going on the other PAX are cheering them on while performing exercises.
Here are the exercises performed during the races:
Running With Rudolph
5 Mountain Climbers and 5 High Knees
Load the Sleigh
Pass Girlfriends in circle
Snow Angels with Vixen and Dasher’s Flight School
5 Snow Angels and 1 Superman
Throw Girlfriend up and catch
Blitzen’s “Blades of Glory” Skating
Divide group into two. Each group has girlfriends to carry to the other’s base camp. Fill their camp before they fill yours
Punch the Abominable Snowman with Prancer
Big Boy Situp with 2 punches at top
Santa Congratulating His Flight Crew
Alternating Shoulder Taps
After the race and reward/punishment it was trivia time with the winners taking a lap. The losers, 10 burpees. We pulled numbers from a Santa hat to make it fair. 12 questions below:
