From warm-up, finished the 2nd half of “the loop” to rendezvous at the start where the HIIT Board awaited.
PAX completed the hit set x3, then took a lap around the loop.
Back at the start, pax took another turn down the HIIT BOARD before resting with 50 lvcs each.
Attention was turned to the paved hill, with 5x of jog down, sprint up.
