8 HIM were greeted by a chilly willy morning in the Creek. No worries, we weren’t cold for long.
Mosey to the far parking lot for a round of traditional warm ups – SSH, Weed Pickers, Windmills, Covids.
Thang 1: Head to the Veterans walk area for a mosey laced with pain stations, including calf raises, dips, step ups, a bear crawl, and – of course – burpees.
Thang 2: Continue mosey to the traffic circle for a Big Ben – Bear Crawl around the circle, pausing at the quarter-hours to perform 10 merkins.
Main Thang: Mosey to the main parking lot to be greeted by a big speaker, a bunch of cones, and a sweet ’80s movie theme playlist. PAX line up at one end of the parking lot and perform the listed sequence of exercises, then perform a 6-cone shuttle run.
