Goal of today’s workout was to keep moving and keep warm.
Quick mosey, follow by side straddle hops and copperhead squats.
The group jogged around the park, stopping from time to time to complete 25 reps of various exercises (merkins, squats, etc). Once reaching Zima’s hill, the PAX lunge walked to the top of the hill, completed 25 burpees, lunge walked back down the hill, and completed 25 no surrenders.
Upon return to the flag, the PAX complete a Circle of Doom followed by taking turns calling out exercises for the group to complete.
