Was worried about low to no turnout after the Braves win.  Smaller group than normal but definitely a focused bunch that was tough for me to keep up with.


  • 1ox Toy Soldiers
  • 10x Copperhead Squat

The Thang:

Part 1 – Merkin mile with 10 pushups at each driveway / road crossing and 15 squats (on the way out) or 15 lunges (on the way back) at each light.

Part 2 – 5 rounds of 3 exercises, one minute each:

  1. Wall sits
  2. Dips
  3. Step ups

Part 3 – Morning call at the pull up bar.  Then mosey’d to the sit-up station where PAX took turns doing 20 sit ups while the other PAX did squats.
