The Thang:

YHC had the privilege to lead this morning. Not everyone noticed the Slack message to bring a Coupon so a slight modification was made. Thanks to @ballboy everyone is on Slack now and just needs a quick peak the night before. Q lead the PAX to a destination less traveled across the street to a large driveway that leads to the Home Depot and Target. Q heard some chatter about running to HD to grab a few Coupons which wasn’t a bad option.

We partnered up at the bottom of the hill for some Dora. Partner A does AMRAP reps until partner B comes back from moseying up the hill about 30 yards, doing 3 burpees, and moseying back down. Switch!

Part 2: Grab your coupons, those who brought them. Mosey back to the other side of the Waffle House Parking lot for some 4 corners. Partner A does AMRAP LBC’s while partner B does 4 corners. Switch!

Time always flys by when you’re having fun! In hindsight, I had envisioned a few more reps with 4 corners. Starting at 30 to 20 to 10 but we ran out of time. The long ruck with coupons across the street and back chews up a good chunk of time. Q still heard some heavy breathing and mumble chatter so I’d say overall it was a success and we still semi-destroyed ourselves.


Thanks to @Saint2O for representing The Hooch as one of 4 Q’s at the convergence on Saturday. Seems like it was a pretty good turnout.

Flo has a challenging week at work with some extra credit going on. Prayers for strength and wisdom to knock it out.
