The Thang:

Pyramid with running (or scootering)

-10,9,8,….1,1,2,3,…10 Merkins

-run up and down hill or stay run/scooter on sidewalks

-repeat with fire hydrants, then mountain climbers

-extended Mary with 14 different exercises (each Pax member)


Praises to group for successful NLB event hosted by the Norseman, thanks to all who participated

Praises to Ha-Ha for being a fabulous F3 mentor to me and role model to many of us.

Prayers for all who are in need and particularly some of the challenges a few of the NLB men are having.


Naked-Man Moleskin:

Really blessed to have F3 in my life as I turn 60.  It has reinforced to me, among many things, that if you work really hard at something you can achieve something really special.  Thanks to the PAX for making me better.
