As the clock approached 5:30, the 4 horsemen realized the Columbus Holiday was going to be a deterrent to our count so away we rode. Along the route we discussed a shared Q giving all Pax the opportunity to lead.
Short mosey up to the small parking overlooking the baseball field for the following warm-ups:
To kick things off, current Q led the Pax over to the playground to search for a lifting coupon and then off to the grass hill by the baseball field for our first round of 11’s. Groans could be heard when Pax realized our coupon was a traveling coupon.
New Q stepped in and led the Pax, and their new found friend, over to the wall for another round of 11’s.
Wall Dips with Coupon
Donkey Kicks (give the coupon a rest)
Next Q up kept us in our same location for another round of 11’s. Several cars passed by and were shocked to see men with rocks. Thankfully this round of 11’s involved no coupon; or at least we thought we would be thankful.
Final Q led Pax back to the playground to deposit coupons for a modified Morning Call. 1 Pax did 5 Pull-Ups and hang while remaining Pax completed the following: (ROTATE)
20 Flutters (double count)
10 Big Boys
With only 2 minutes to spare, the 4 horsemen moseyed back to the Flag and crossed the finish line dead on 6:15.
Prayers for a friend of YaoMing’s and for a friend of Donor’s who is in the hospital with Covid.
The Shared Q was great. It gave each of us the opportunity to plan a workout on the fly. Think we were able to hit every body part too. Bonus
