3. Run to the tunnel, do 10 Merkins, bearcrawl through said tunnel, do 10 more Merkins. Then run back to the fountain pond.
Rinse and repeat with the only difference being 9 wall jumps/2 derkins, then so on. We stopped when time was up and moseyed back to the flag.
