The Thang:

YHC decided with all this dry weather it was time for a trek through the wood to Fuller’s park for some stadium and turf field fun.

Mosey to Fuller’s park

Walking lunge halfway across the bridge, bunny hop for 2nd half.  Resume Mosey to the baseball stadium

Circuit of 2 foot jumps up the stadium steps (~12 rows) with differing exercises on each step coming back down

  1. Squats
  2. Derkin
  3. Calf Raise
  4. Squat
  5. Burpee

Mosey to turf field

100 yards of burpee broad jump

walking lunge for 50 yards followed by 50 yards of hard run

Mary circuit at endline, with many exercise restarts due to pax fartsacking and dropping their legs to the ground despite multiple warnings by YHC to not drop legs

Mosey back to East Cobb Park playground

Plank/Pullup circuit
