1. 11s on the hill… Burpees at the bottom, No Surrender at the top
2. 7ish rounds Big Boys and Pull-ups. 10 Big Boys at the situp station run to the Pull-up bars and do 3 reps, run back to situp station. Rinse and repeat for 6 more rounds.
3. Escalator speed round with a half lap in between rounds. Each round includes the previous round. We crushed half the board, while the HR merkins took its toll on the PAX. Here is what we got through (at least Miller Time)
