Ladder Beatdown

Sprocket’s ladder beat down from about a month ago was my inspiration for this one.  I may have been too optimistic about how far we would go though.


  • 10x Weed Pickers
  • 10x Toy Soldiers
  • 10x Wind Mill
  • 10x Copperhead Squat

The Thang:

Ladder exercise going from 1 – 20 and then back down again (ha).  First round was 1 rep of each of the following 5 exercises with the cinderblock:

  • Squats
  • Curls
  • Good Mornings
  • Swings
  • Overhead presses

Round 2 is 2 reps of each exercise, etc, until you hit 20 reps of each.  None of the PAX made it to the backside with declining rep counts, but all worked hard during our 45 minutes.
