With the Iron Pax Challenge in full swing, YHC thought of keep the BD simple. Kudos to the Hooch regulars that completed the Blue Ridge Relay this past weekend (BallBoy, Animal, Saint2O, Angus, Flo & Jetson). There was 2 pre-runners.
After disclaimer & stated F3 5 core principles, we moseyed around the parking lot and we did the following:
Weed Picker 15x
Wind mills 12x
Strom Trooper (1 minute — courtesy of speedo)
We moseyed to the front of Regal Cinemas where we setup our station
Thang 1: the exercises Burpees, Squat, Merkins & BBS and mosey one lap. Started with 10 reps for each exercise and mosey, the next round reduced the reps by 1 until we reached 1.
Round 1: 10 Burpees, 10 Squats, 10 Merkins, 10 BBS and run 1 lap.
Round 2: 9 Burpees, 9 Squats, 9 Merkins, 9 BBS and run 1 lap.
and so on..
With less than 10 minutes left, YHC called for time and most of the PAX completed all 10 rounds.
Thang 2: we lined up on the parking lot to performed Lt Danger (thanks to Speedo): Start with one squat, two lunges then three merkins, repeat with 2, 4, 6, then 3, 6, 9, etc ( we completed 7 rounds).
Moseyed back to the flag for Mary (Gas Pumper, Box Cutter, Flutter Kick & couldn’t remember the last one).
Prayer for the 3 boys from the Johns Creek Providence that was injured from the car accident, especially Ole that still unconscious.
Prayer for Flo’s mom spinal surgery and other family’s that dealing with health issue.
It was great that we have 2 FNGs joined us this morning, they were EH’s by the PAX that lives in the Double Gate. We need to EH more guys/sad clown to our circle. It was an honored to lead this group of HIM. Until next time.
