There are a couple of universal truths that drove Q's musical accompaniment for today's BD, one of which being that Yankee really hates Rush, and the second of which being that Primus is an underappreciated band. Seeing as Yankee was in attendance this morning, it was a perfect opportunity to bring some old-school Primus with a Murph .

Q led PAX on a circuitous mosey to say hello to our regular ("Man") doing his thing on the football field en-route to a final destination at the playground. Seeing as it's BRR week and we have a couple of PAX dealing with lingering injuries, Q called for a modified Murph – get the reps in, but feel free to modify as-needed. For reference:
As usual, PAX generally opted to split the above into 10 rounds and those resting the legs or dealing with injuries chose alternatives such as picnic table shrugs, BBSU's, inverted swing rows, and such.
