Mosey to the field parking lot for some warm up and stretching:
PAX partner up and grab one cinder per pair. Mosey over to the football field.
Following the outside line of the field, one PAX would murder bunny with the cinder while the other runs around the field. When they meet, one PAX would plank while the other does the workout for 25 reps, then switch while one planks and the other does 25-50, etc., for a combined 100 reps. First meeting was overhead press, then squats, then curls. Mary for the 6.
All PAX then lined up on the goal line for some modified red barcehtta. Run 100 yards to the other goal line and do 100 SSHs. Run back to the opposite goal line and then to the 50 yard line for 50 squats, then back to the goal line.
Pair back up with the cinder on the goal line. One PAX murder bunnies to the 20 yard line with the cinder while the other bear crawls to the 20. Both do 10 merkins. Swap and MB/bear crawl back to the goal line, 10 merkins. Rinse and repeat 3 more times down and back.
Mosey back to the flag for 4 mins of Mary. Time called.
