Round 1: Squats Round 2: Lunges Round 3: Plank jacks Round 4: American Hammers Round 5: Big boys Round 6: Side to side lunges To make things interesting, we also had a tabata timer going. Every 4 minutes, regardless of where the PAX were, they had to drop and complete 25 merkins. Final merkin count = 250. COT:Reminder about the Darth Visor CSAUP event tomorrow morning.
