Unbeknownst to the PAX, I grabbed the first half of today’s BD from the last Raptor BD I led because, why reinvent the wheel when no-one but I would know? Although that itself was also borrowed from another AO…
Also threw together a catchy R&B/Funk soundtrack with the added bonus of some Dee Gees.

Discovering the baseball field was locked, I improvised and added a round of Morning Call.
Then, we went back to the flag, circled up and executed a set of Blimps as follows:
5 Burpees – run to the trail crossing and back
5 Burpees, 10 Lunges (alpha) – same run
5 Burpees, 10 Lunges (alpha), 15 Imperial Walkers (alpha) – same run
… adding 20 Merkins, 25 Plank Jacks and 30 Squats to close out the set.
Then moseyed over to the hill for 11s
Bottom: Big Boys
Finally, back to the flag where we did 2 sets of 10 burpees followed by a run around the parking lot..
Then one set of something for Mary when time was called.
