A few weeks ago Val asked me if I want to Q @ Caney Creek, I told him probably not, since I have not been to this AO. Anyway, this AO was in my bucket list to visit in 2021, so last week, I decided to post and then signed up to Q. As we gathered around the parking lot, the van from NLB drove in and PAX included 1 FNG showed up 🙂 (Sometimes the PAX from NLB did not show up because there was no staff member to drive them to the AO).
After disclaimer and also the 5 cores principle of F3 (Free of Charge, open to all men & ages, held outside, peer lead & end with COT), we mosey up to the top of the hill (sort of ) along the circular track and we did Windmill, Weed Picker, SSH & Baby Arms Circle.
The Hindenberg BLIMPS (1 round = corner #1 exercise then mosey to corner #2 same exercise & reps then mosey to corner #3 same exercise & reps and mosey to corner 4 same exercise & reps finally mosey back to corner #1 and plan for the six).
Round 1: 10 Burpees
Round 2: 20 Lunges
Round 3: 30 Imperial Walker
Round 4: 40 Merkins
Round 5: 50 Plank Jacks
Round 6: 60 Squats
YHC called for time once we completed Round 4 (we skipped the Plank Jacks & Squats). We moseyed back to the parking lot for some Mary: Gas Pumper, Tesla (a new one), Flutter Kick, LBC and Rosalita.
Pray for travel mercies and also for the PAX from NLB as the go through the program, SlowPitch is in the transition and Bullet will be in transition next couple of weeks.
