10 cones marked the pain stations, roughly 10 yards apart. PAX start at first cone and perform “11s” of the prescribed exercises (10 reps of first exercise, 1 rep of the second). Run with purpose to the last cone, turn around and karaoke back to the second cone. Perform next 11 sequence (9 reps, 2 reps), run to end and karaoke back to third cone, etc. Continue until you run out of cones.
