A beautiful morning in the parking lot of failed restaurants.

The Thang:

First Thang: 1st and 10s.

10 cones marked the pain stations, roughly 10 yards apart.  PAX start at first cone and perform “11s” of the prescribed exercises (10 reps of first exercise, 1 rep of the second).  Run with purpose to the last cone, turn around and karaoke back to the second cone.  Perform next 11 sequence (9 reps, 2 reps), run to end and karaoke back to third cone, etc. Continue until you run out of cones.

Round 1 Exercises: Merkins, Big Boys

Round 2 Exercises: Body Builders, T Bombs.  Substitute Bernies for Karaokes.

The PAX were looking pretty smoked, but the clock was showing no mercy

Second Thang: Four Corners.

Round 1 Exercises: 25 Each of Plank Jacks, Squats, Air Donkey Kicks, Bonnie Blairs (Alpha)

Round 2 Exercises: 10 Each of Plank Jacks, Squats, Merkins, Big Boys

Final Thang: Climate Change

PAX Circle up in Al Gore position, and take turns performing two burpees until last HIM is standing.
