The Thang:After arriving at sit up station all PAX performed: 45 LBC 45 Am hammers Then Mosey to bleachers. Next up: 45 dips 45 squat jumps 45 derkins 45 second hold balls to wall Then Mosey back on track back to parking lot. Next Up: 20 Merkins then lunge walk to top of hill then 25 Merkins Next Up: 10 burpees at top run down hill do 10 Dolly’s at bottom then run back up the hill Rinse & Repeat for 3 rounds. 4th round: rep count is 15 burpees and 15 Dolly’s.
